Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, right near the medina, the beach, and just across the street from the ferry terminal. The rooms were cozy and clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking the harbor. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff always ready to help. The dining experience was delightful, filled with authentic Moroccan charm. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and fully furnished with beautiful traditional furniture, although it didn't offer any views. The service was friendly, and the location was unbeatable near the ferry and the old town. Dining was okay but limited for vegans. The facilities were good overall.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience for me. Although the rooms were smaller than expected and not as beautifully decorated as advertised, the initial excitement faded quickly. On the bright side, the service was genuinely friendly and old school, with a personal touch that I appreciated. The location, perched high up with stunning harbor views, provided a great introduction to Morocco, but finding the entrance through the bustling medina streets was a bit challenging. Dining was decent, but staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to slower service. The overall stay was average with some highs and lows.
The hotel had some downsides like small and dirty rooms, but the friendly service and convenient location made up for it. The dining experience was enjoyable despite some simplicity. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights.
The hotel had a slight feel of a hostel and the rooms were very small. It was awful, literally finding 2 holes in the floor was quite shocking. The service, on the other hand, was top-notch with everyone very friendly and helpful. The location, while perched up on the cliff overlooking the harbor within the Medina, was perfect with an amazing view from the terrace and friendly staff. The dining experience in the magnificently decorated cafeteria must have improved as we liked it. Facilities were decent.
The hotel has a picturesque view overlooking the port but is very old. The rooms, though as expected in a historic hotel, are clean and picturesque. However, the second room overlooked an active construction site, which affected the overall experience.
